Nomad Campus residences are living spaces that promote student well-being, success and conviviality.
Through our mission, our DNA and our various residence concepts*, Nomad Campus stands out from the traditional image of a residence manager.
Driven by the concepts of flexibility, services and community, Nomad Campus puts people at the heart of its approach to creating multi-purpose, evolving living spaces. « Young people first » is the essence of its approach.
With its wealth of experience in management and coordination, Nomad Campus now has around fifty residences in France and is expanding into Spain. This internationalisation confirms our desire to establish ourselves as a major player in student accommodation in Europe.
Whether you are a student, doctoral candidate, young professional, start-up entrepreneur, business, or fan of shared accommodation, co-living and co-working, Nomad Campus mixes codes and pools spaces so that everyone can find their place. All this while rethinking real estate around flexible concepts, variable geometry solutions and mixed-use spaces designed for living, dreaming, working and relaxing.

Campus Manager
At Nomad Campus, there is no impersonal “customer service”!
The residence manager plays a central role. They are present, recognised and easily identifiable. Always attentive, they know “their” residents, interact with them on a daily basis and ensure that the community spirit is maintained while energising life in the residence.

Shares Spaces & Events
Nomad Campus residences are true hubs of interaction thanks to their communal areas*, which combine the comfort of a real home. These communal areas are designed to promote student success by encouraging interaction, the sharing of ideas, creativity and relaxation.
Are your mid-term exams coming up? Do you need to revise for your oral exam? Take advantage of the quiet Study Space and Conference Room to revise alone or in a group.
Fancy a delicious gratin, lasagne or even a raclette evening? The Kitchen Lab will become your favourite communal space with its oven, microwave and hob.
Need to relax, have a games evening or watch an impromptu film with your neighbours? The Chill Room, Fun Room and Movie Room are there to welcome you.
Music lovers, come and have fun in the Music Lab and discover all our instruments.
Need to unwind and burn off some energy? The Fitness Room is entirely dedicated to sports. It is accessible to all levels, whether you are a beginner or an expert.

Activities in residences
Throughout the year, Nomad Campus organises various events: welcome parties, Halloween, Christmas, Easter... as well as competitions and activities organised in collaboration with our partners.
These social occasions allow everyone to integrate, meet their neighbours and participate fully in the life of the residence.

Our outdoor areas
Terrace, rooftop, shared garden, vegetable garden, rooftop fitness area... Discover all our outdoor spaces, perfect for unwinding or getting some fresh air.
The shared gardens and vegetable gardens allow our tenants to grow their own vegetables and contribute to an eco-friendly communal space.
Our rooftops and terraces are perfect for studying outdoors, drinks with neighbours or simply enjoying the view of the city.
The rooftop fitness areas are equipped for a variety of workouts: yoga, weight training or improvised cardio, all while enjoying the fresh air.

The Ideas Awards
To encourage students to turn their ideas into action, Nomad Campus organises the annual Ideas Awards. This competition aims to support the implementation of social, entrepreneurial, humanitarian or personal projects by its tenants. The three best projects will be rewarded with funding or logistical support.

The Joiners
At Nomad Campus, the Joiner (or ambassador) plays a key role in residence life. They act as the spokesperson for tenants, relaying their ideas, needs and feedback to the Nomad Campus teams. They actively participate in developing the Nomad Campus community in the residence by proposing and organising events in collaboration with the Nomad Campus team.

Our Well-being Partnerships
Nomad Campus works with partners to offer workshops and activities directly in our residences, exclusively for Nomad Campus tenants.
Personalised coaching workshops, listening sessions, personal development training and osteopathy consultations are among the activities offered by our partners within our residences.
These free or discounted initiatives enhance the well-being of tenants and reaffirm our primary mission: to provide a living environment conducive to student success.
