Will I be asked to pay a deposit?
Our online booking system requires the payment of a deposit:
- For a residence in France: €150 deposit
- For a residence in Spain: €300 deposit
This amount is a deposit applied to the application fees or to the first rent, if the application fees are waived.
You can pay the deposit when finalizing your registration via our online payment system.
However, payment of the deposit does not guarantee validation of your application.
At the same time, you must complete your application and upload all required supporting documents online in your dedicated space.
