Inventory of fixtures
To access your accommodation, you must schedule an appointment to carry out the inventory of fixtures in the presence of the residence staff.
Home insurance
To protect against a possible claim, the tenant is required to take out a multi-risk home insurance policy with a financially sound insurance company for the entire duration of the lease.
Housing assistance
Any tenant holding a long-term lease may be eligible for housing assistance in NOMAD CAMPUS residences, subject to income conditions and family benefits already received by close relatives.
Guarantor
It is necessary to provide a guarantor at the time of your reservation and when submitting your application.
