These include both private flats and shared flats available for rent.
Shared accommodation is a very common way of living and is often very popular with students.
As well as allowing you to enjoy a larger home at a lower cost, shared accommodation is a great way to meet people.
At Nomad Campus, shared accommodation is designed to be accessible to everyone, whether you’re a couple, a group of friends or complete strangers; everything is done to ensure that living together is a positive experience and helps make your student life unforgettable.
The different types of shared accommodation at Nomad Campus
Are you looking to live in shared accommodation? At Nomad Campus, we offer several options:
- Our one-bedroom flats: this type of accommodation features a bedroom separate from the living area. Renting a one-bedroom flat is ideal if you’re looking to live as a couple, for example.
- Our two-bedroom flats: this type of accommodation has two bedrooms. It is ideal if you already know your flatmates and are planning to rent a flat together. Two-bedroom flats are also available for private rental.
- Our two-bedroom flats and above for sharing feature a communal living area for all flatmates (living room, lounge and kitchen). In these properties, each flatmate has their own private bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet*.
These properties are available to rent as ‘shared rooms’. The ‘shared’ designation is important as it distinguishes them from three-bedroom flats, which are available for private rental.
It is not possible to rent a studio as a shared flat.
