Housing assistance

All our flats are eligible for Social Housing Allowance (ALS or APL).

Students can submit an application to the CAF. Whether assistance is granted and the amount of assistance are determined based on each individual’s circumstances and the current eligibility requirements.

To be eligible for this assistance, you must:

- hold a lease in your own name

- occupy the accommodation as your main residence

- ensure that your income does not exceed certain thresholds

- when submitting your application, you are eligible for ALS benefits and not APL
