Compiling your file
Once you have completed the booking process and your deposit has been confirmed, all you need to do is submit your supporting documents via your tenant area.
Required supporting documents
The supporting documents you need to provide may vary depending on your situation (student, intern, young professional), your guarantor's situation, and the country where the reserved residence is located. All of the supporting documents listed below are required for your application to be processed.
Please note: The guarantor must provide proof of net income equivalent to 3 months' rent. If the income is less than 3 months' rent, a second guarantor may be required. Any missing supporting documents will delay the processing of your application.
