The Chill Room is fully equipped with a well-stocked, cozy kitchen, a workspace to study comfortably and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs. Residents can also enjoy a collection of board games for some downtime with friends.

The Wash Bar*, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.

Ideally located close to the Grandmont Campus and its faculties (around 5 minutes’ walk) and the Deux-Lions district (Polytech, ESCEM…), our residence offers quick and easy access to the city’s major universities and places of interest.
