Looking for a quiet place to work? Thanks to its different rooms and spaces, the Study Space is ideal for group work or study sessions.

Need a breath of fresh air? The fully equipped Rooftop will appeal to all our tenants whether they're keen to work outdoors or simply relax in the sun.

The Wash Bar**, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.

The application fee for this residence is 550 €.

All our flats are eligible for Social Housing Allowance (ALS).
