The Le Galion student residence is part of our collaborative residence concept. A place for conversation and socializing, encouraging community building among residents through its shared spaces: the Chill Rooms featuring a lounge and a workspace, Shared Kitchens, the Fun Lab, the shared Garden and the Wash Bar.

The Chill Rooms are fully equipped with a workspace for quiet study, a lounge area with a sofa, armchairs and a television. The residence has two separate leisure areas:

• -        On the ground floor, discover a music area where a piano awaits for you to unleash your inner musician
• -        On the first floor, enjoy a reading nook stocked with a curated selection of books for every taste.

The ready-to-use Shared Kitchens are ideal for cooking and sharing meals with your neighbours. These cosy, well-equipped spaces invite tenants to get together and create delicious culinary experiences.

The Fun Lab welcomes you to an area entirely dedicated to your entertainment — get ready for epic foosball battles, board game marathons, and tasty treats from our snack corner with vending machines!

The Shared Garden, a lush and welcoming space, invites our residents to unwind and enjoy nature together.

The Wash Bar*, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.

For maximum comfort, we offer optional services such as the cleaning and laundry package, available at an additional cost, making your experience at Nomad Campus as convenient and enjoyable as possible

All our flats are eligible for Social Housing Allowance (ALS or APL).

Students can submit an application to the CAF. Whether assistance is granted and the amount of assistance are determined based on each individual’s circumstances and the current eligibility requirements.

For tenants with an institutional guarantor, the security deposit required is twice the amount of the monthly rent.
