The Chill Room is fully equipped with a well-stocked, cozy kitchen, a workspace to study comfortably and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs.

The Shared Garden, a lush and welcoming space, invites our residents to unwind and enjoy nature together.

The Wash Bar*, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.

Need a parking space? The residence has a secure underground parking lot and offers spots to rent for 80 € inc. VAT/month.
