Looking to bond with fellow residents over a mutual love of movies? The Movie Room is for you! From the big-screen TV to the comfy couches, everything has been designed to transform your movie nights into shared cinematic experiences.  

Calling all gamers … and not only! Whether you’re into video games or board games, the Game Room promises endless entertainment and friendly competition for everyone.

The Wash Bar*, equipped with washers and dryers, is open 24/7.

Each apartment features:

• -         A living space that cleverly combines innovation and practicality, including: a sleeping area, a workstation, a dining area and plenty of storage space.
• -         A practical, well-equipped and easy-to-use small kitchen with electric or ceramic hob, microwave oven and fridge. Each unit comes with a tableware and a cutlery kit.
• -        Private bathroom, with optimized and functional design, equipped with WC and shower or bathtub.

All tenants have free internet access.

For maximum comfort, we offer optional services such as the cleaning and laundry package, available at an additional cost, making your experience at Nomad Campus as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

The application fee for this residence is 550€.

All our flats are eligible for Social Housing Allowance (ALS or APL).

Students can submit an application to the CAF. Whether assistance is granted and the amount of assistance are determined based on each individual’s circumstances and the current eligibility requirements.

For tenants with an institutional guarantor, the security deposit required is twice the amount of the monthly rent.
