Confirm your booking by paying the required deposit
To secure your accommodation, pay a deposit of €150 (for a residence in France) or €250 (for a residence in Spain).
No stress! If your application is not approved, your deposit will be refunded in full, with no fees.

Complete your application in your tenant area
Depending on your status and your guarantor, certain supporting documents will be required.
